Alyson took over the leadership and business development of the Centre for Enabling Leadership (Centell) in New Zealand in January 2000. Since then she has been responsible for major developments that support client business both face to face and on line. She has been influential in sustaining the Centell business operating at the cutting edge through keeping abreast of global developments and ensuring that the business processes and systems are streamlined.

Alyson's career has seen her working creatively and effectively within and across the public and private sector on a range of projects. Her diagnostic skills and attention to detail assist her to help clients think through appropriate interventions. Her relationship building skills enable her to quickly build trust with individuals that can lead to the implementation of innovative solutions. Her focus is to enable others to meet their needs, the needs of their organization and to take accountability for improving the way their behaviour impacts on others.

She has facilitated a number of learning and development events including the role of key coach at many coaching learning centres. Recently she has developed Educational Programmes focusing on 'managing people' positioned at Middle Management in the Education Sector. This has included 'Team Building' Workshops for Senior Students and young adults at Secondary Education and Tertiary level. Her knowledge and expertise in the Performing Arts enables her to combine a behavioural and Performance focus that can assist individuals to release potential that exceeds their expectations.

Alyson's key strengths include:

  • Facilitating individuals to enable changes to their organisations through a range of coaching and learning activities
  • Developing awareness in their behaviour to assist individuals to optimise their interpersonal effectiveness to assist them gain benefits for themselves and the organisations in which they work.
  • Drawing on her musical background to create and stimulate experiences that demonstrate high performance in individuals and organisations.
  • Assisting people to make effective use of our on-line behavioural questionnaires and carrying out on-line coaching to assist with implementing customized development plans that meet the individuals needs
  • Working with teams to help them develop and improve their relationship productivity and effectiveness.

Alyson has a passion and drive for improving the effectiveness and performance of individuals, thus enabling organisations to meet more effectively their customer needs. She is committed about helping others to develop. Her energy, enthusiasm and positive outlook help people to be 'more of themselves' in all aspects of their lives.
