Centell achieved a significant result with this new client who was looking for a Listening Style questionnaire to be used at a management conference in Miami. There was to be 1800 management participants and the client wanted everyone to be involved in an active listening session based on the questionnaire. Centell's Listening Style questionnaire was selected and over 1700 of the participants completed the questionnaire prior to the conference. The main challenge was in nsuring that the questionnaire was delivered to each participant in over 34 locations around the world, and this was achieved to the clients satisfaction. The conference was considered a great success and the session on Active Listening was considered to be one of the main highlights which resulted in execelent feedback from the client in terms of the quality of Centell's service and the feedback contained in the questionnaire's results. All participants receive a 25 page detailed online report immediately after the conference.

FOLLOW-UP SURVEY This was carried out several months following the conference to seek feedback on the value of the event and the Listening Style questionnaire. Over 90% of the respondents said that the event had been very useful in helping them to appreciate the listening Style of others and this had helped them to improve their communication ability.
