Workshops can be effective in allowing individuals to reframe where they are at, as well as to introduce new skills and extend capabilities.

Centell has extensive experience in developing and implementing learning events, with the emphasis being on sustaining the new skill, capability or behaviour.
Often, 'co-coaches' from the client’s business participate in the planning and running of workshops. Co-coaches have also been recruited from other clients, as a means of developing coaching skills for the co-coach and giving participants an "outsider" view of their ways of working.

Specifically prepared experiential exercises accelerate and ingrain the learning. This includes Centell’s feedback 'dashboards'.
Participants are encouraged to build on their strengths and receive structured and unstructured feedback from other participatants and co-coaches of the event. The 360 degree prompt feedback gives participatants timely feedback, accelerating and focusing learning.

Example of one of dashboards giving participants feedback about some aspect of their behaviour, alignment to their organisation's values or their capabilities as a leader or learner

Consequential mazes© offer powerful learning through presenting scenarios with multi-choice answers. Each answer has a consequence that then affects the next scenario. Participants enjoy and become immersed in the developing story line and become very aware of the consequences of their actions. Mazes are suitable for a wide range of specialities including: leading, coaching, delegating, customer service. |
